Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

As part of the registration process for our e-newsletters, we collect personal information such as email addresses. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about offers you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information relating to your order; to check our records are right and to check every now and again your satisfied. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

PERSONAL DATA & PRODUCT RECALL

When ordering from @No20, we will retain our customers details in order to comply with any legal obligations as laid down by UK or EU law. Your data will always be kept secure and we do not share this information with any other organisations or businesses. In the rare event that there is a product recall on any of the products you have purchased, we will contact you directly using the personal data you have provided at the time of placing your order.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see and edit their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Access to your personal information

You are entitled to view and amend the personal information that we hold.
